Paul’s leadership is marked by humility and a steadfast commitment to the mission of the Hallelujah Diet. He describes himself as “humbled” by the organization’s growth and success over its 25-year history, as it continues to transform lives globally.

Ann Malkmus

Ann Malkmus is a passionate health educator and advocate who discovered the Hallelujah Diet in 1996, transforming her own struggles with IBS and fibromyalgia into a lifelong mission to empower others. With a Bachelor’s degree in Speech and Organizational Communication from the University of Wisconsin–Platteville and a Master’s in Communication from the University of Dubuque, Ann blends her academic expertise with a deep commitment to holistic wellness.

As Chief of Education at Hallelujah Diet, Ann has developed health programs that have reached over 10,000 individuals across 50+ countries. She works alongside her husband, Paul Malkmus, to create accessible wellness resources and training, including the award-winning book “Unravel The Mystery: A Simple, Effective Approach to Beating Cancer” and the “Where Do We Go From Here” program.

Ann also founded Luminology: The Science of Her, focusing on women’s health. Her work continues to inspire thousands to embrace better health through nutrition, lifestyle changes, and the Hallelujah Diet’s principles.

Collaborative Efforts

Together, Paul and Ann Malkmus lead the Hallelujah Diet Health Retreat at the River Wellness Lodge in Kingston, Georgia. This immersive retreat provides:

  • Education on the Biblically-inspired raw food diet.
  • Hands-on cooking classes and practical guidance.
  • One-on-one health consultations.
  • Group devotionals and spiritual discussions.

Their work emphasizes the connection between nutritional science and spiritual principles, teaching that the human body is divinely designed for self-healing when nourished correctly.

Paul and Ann’s interests extend beyond nutrition to the study and application of alternative health therapies. Their expertise encompasses frequency therapy, ozone therapy, biofeedback, Rife technology, PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field Therapy), ZYTO scans, and vibration therapy. They integrate these cutting-edge wellness modalities with Hallelujah Diet’s Biblically-inspired health principles to offer a holistic approach to well-being.

Vision for the Future

Paul and Ann Malkmus continue to lead Hallelujah Diet with a focus on expanding its reach and influence. By integrating traditional health principles with advanced alternative therapies, they are committed to transforming lives and empowering individuals to reclaim their health. Their dedication builds upon the foundation laid by Rev. George Malkmus, ensuring a lasting legacy of faith-inspired health and wellness.
